We work with pet brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors and private-label buyers on custom wooden pet product projects. A drawing, product photo, sample or early concept can start the review.
Pet urns, dog crates, cat wheels, bowl stands and habitat products do not share one structure route. Before quotation, we clarify the target animal, intended use, dimensions, movement or load considerations, components, packing and destination market.
Pet product routes
Each collection has different procurement questions. Select a published route to review the most relevant product context, then use the RFQ to provide the project-specific details.

View product routeProcurement logic
A reference photo helps define appearance, but it does not settle the structure. The points below are reviewed by product route before a quotation or sample route is treated as specific.
Confirm pet size, dimensions, door route, hardware, flat-pack or assembled structure, and indoor or outdoor use.
Confirm diameter, running width, base layout, movement structure and carton volume rather than relying on appearance alone.
Confirm stand height, bowl diameter, hole fit and base layout against the intended bowl or buyer-supplied reference.
Confirm entrance, inner cavity, roof, ventilation, drainage and mounting route for the buyer’s intended use.
Confirm panel layout, ventilation, access, cable openings and buyer-specified habitat conditions before material or component decisions.
Confirm height, tread or panel dimensions, gap spacing, hinges, latch, and folding, freestanding or mounted use where relevant.
Use condition
Indoor furniture-style products may prioritize dimensions, edge treatment, appearance, floor contact and assembly route. Outdoor or habitat products need a separate review of intended exposure, roof or panel route, hardware and the buyer’s destination-market requirements.
Outdoor use is not a universal material or finish claim. The product route, exposure conditions and buyer specification determine what needs to be confirmed before development.
For crates, wheels, stairs and gates, the intended pet size, movement or handling route should be discussed with dimensions and structure rather than added after pricing.
Doors, hinges, latches, bowls, panels and other components are reviewed against the finished product dimensions and assembly route.
Where destination-market testing, material or compliance requirements apply, buyers should provide them early so they can be reviewed as project requirements.
Material and finish review
Suitable choices depend on product structure, intended use, load or movement considerations, surface target and buyer specification. A material or finish suitable for one pet product is not automatically suitable for another.
Solid wood, plywood, MDF, bamboo and veneer can be considered where suitable for the product and intended use. The final route is project-dependent.
Finish suitability depends on material, indoor or outdoor use, contact surfaces, appearance target and destination-market requirement.
When a project includes hardware, bowls, panels or other parts, the fit, packing separation and assembly information are reviewed with the structure.
Logo artwork, labels, SKU distinction, instruction content and carton marks can be planned around the buyer’s approved order information.
Assembly and packing
For flat-pack or multi-component products, assembly route, component separation and instruction requirements affect both the product review and packing plan. For mixed-SKU programs, provide the SKU list, quantities and any variation in finish, hardware or labels.
Direct buyer answers
They are B2B pet product projects developed around a buyer’s product route, dimensions, structure, material direction, branding and packing requirements rather than a fixed retail catalogue.
Send the product type, target animal or pet size where relevant, intended use, dimensions, quantity, destination market and the best available drawing, photo, sample or component reference.
The intended use changes the review of structure, material, surface, hardware, exposure and buyer-specified destination requirements. These points are confirmed per project.
Project-dependent options can include dimensions, structure, material route, surface appearance, branding, components, packing and private-label order information.
Qualified RFQ
Include your product type, target animal or pet size where relevant, intended use, dimensions, quantity, destination market and project details. A drawing, photo or sample reference helps identify the product route sooner.
Use the project-details field for hardware, bowl, panel, movement, flat-pack, branding or packing notes that matter to your route.
