Buyer FAQ
Questions buyers usually ask before sampling
What information should you send for a custom quote?
Send drawings, photos or samples with dimensions, material preference, finish, logo method, insert or packaging style, target quantity, destination market and expected lead time. If you only have a sketch or reference sample, send that first and we will check feasibility.
Can you quote from photos, sketches or reference samples?
Yes. We can quote from drawings, photos, sketches or reference samples after reviewing structure, dimensions, material, finish, logo method, packaging, quantity and destination market. Complex items may need sample approval before bulk production.
Can you support OEM and ODM wooden products?
Yes. OEM projects follow your drawings, photos, samples or existing specifications. ODM wooden product development can include structure suggestions, material selection, finish direction, logo method, packaging approach and sample route.
What wood materials can you work with?
Common options include pine, paulownia, poplar, beech, acacia, walnut, bamboo, plywood, MDF, PVC veneer and natural wood veneer. We suggest materials based on product use, finish, weight, moisture control needs, packing method and target cost.
What logo methods are available?
Logo options include laser engraving, hot stamping, screen printing, UV printing, labels and metal plates. We choose based on material, surface finish, logo detail, durability requirement, packaging position and quantity.
How do you confirm samples before bulk production?
Sample approval should confirm dimensions, structure, material, moisture requirement, finish color, logo placement, hardware, inserts, packaging fit, carton marks and the standard for bulk production.
What affects MOQ, price and lead time?
MOQ, price and lead time depend on dimensions, material, structure, tooling, finish, logo method, insert or packaging complexity, sample approval speed, order quantity and destination market.
Can you handle export packing and mixed product categories?
Yes. We can discuss export packing for wooden products, protective packaging, buyer packaging, master cartons, carton marks, pallet requirements, loading support and mixed category sourcing in one inquiry.
