01
Bottle-Fit Development Pre-Sampling
The actual bottle should be used to build the wooden wine box, not just the nominal capacity. Before sampling we check bottle height, max diameter, shoulder shape, cap height, if the box needs foam, EVA, velvet, cardboard or wooden dividers.
02
Choice of Material on the Grounds of Appearance, Weight and Cost
According to the target price, surface finish, logo method, structural strength and shipping weight, pine, paulownia, plywood, MDF, veneer, walnut-look finishes and other wood materials are available for selection. We help buyers pick the right material before they start making samples.
03
Logo and Branding Process Support
Logo options include laser engraving, hot stamping, screen printing, UV printing, stickers and metal nameplates. The best method really depends on the wood material, surface finish, details of the artwork, target appearance and brand positioning.
04
Using Inserts and Dividers to Protect Bottles
Wine gift box inserts improve protection and presentation of bottles. Wooden wine crates are equipped with dividers to minimize bottle movement and collision. Foam, EVA, velvet, cardboard and wooden dividers can be customized by bottle size, weight and shipping risk.
05
Sample Approval Prior to Mass Production
Pre-production samples are used to confirm bottle fit, box structure, logo effect, colour range, insert fitting, surface finish, handle strength, and packing method before mass production. This reduces the chances of size mismatch, branding inconsistency and bulk production mistakes.
06
International Wine Packaging Orders Export Packing
Packing too simply can result in scratches, dents or damage to wooden wine boxes and crates. We choose bubble bags, foam sheets, single boxes, inner cartons, master cartons, corner protection or pallet packing according to the structure, surface finish, hardware, weight and shipping way.
